Gua sha is the practice of using a tool to apply pressure and scrape the skin of the neck, shoulders, jaw and face to relieve pain and tension. A regular Gua Sha practice can encourage the  movement and flushing of lymph and stagnant energy.  A great tool to encourage blood circulation and cell regeneration.  
 
The name Gua Sha — pronounced gwahshah — comes from the Chinese word for scraping.
 
Each GUA SHA set comes with one handmade kiln fired amber Gua Sha tool  and one 1 oz Hemp & Tea Tree Facial Serum in Rosemary or Lavender to aid in the Gua Sha ritual.

Jackie Bishop has been working in kiln fired glass since 2014. She makes dish ware, and home decor including wind chimes, vases, and lighting in Winooski, VT.
