GUA SHA: a collaboration with artist Jackie Bishop

GUA SHA: a collaboration with artist Jackie Bishop

$54.00Price

Gua sha is the practice of using a tool to apply pressure and scrape the skin of the neck, shoulders, jaw and face to relieve pain and tension. A regular Gua Sha practice can encourage the  movement and flushing of lymph and stagnant energy.  A great tool to encourage blood circulation and cell regeneration.

The name Gua Sha — pronounced gwahshah — comes from the Chinese word for scraping.

Each GUA SHA set comes with one handmade kiln fired amber Gua Sha tool  and one Hemp & Tea Tree Facial Serum in Rosemary or Lavender- your choice.
